Application for approval of the Kingco Electrical Pty Ltd T/as Telepower Collective Agreement 2013-2017.

[1] An application has been made for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Kingco Electrical Pty Ltd T/as Telepower Collective Agreement 2013-2017 (the Agreement). The application was made by Kingco Electrical Pty Ltd T/A Telepower (the Applicant) pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009. The application for approval was lodged with the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) on 21 October 2013.

[2] On 15 November 2013 I conducted a hearing by videolink, where I outlined my concerns of the Agreement to the Applicant. Consequently, I advised the Applicant that I could not approve the Agreement.

[3] Further to my reasons given on transcript, the Agreement is not approved as I am not satisfied that the Agreement meets the legislative requirements of the Fair Work Act 2009.
