King's Park Repeal By-laws 1999

Made by The King's Park Board and approved by the deputy of the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These by-laws may be cited as the King's Park Repeal
By-laws 1999.

Approved by the deputy of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

2.            Commencement

These by-laws come into operation on the day on which the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority Act 1998 comes into operation.

3.            Repeal

The King's Park By-laws are repealed.

Made by resolution of The King's Park Board on 27th May 1999.
