KING'S PARK AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1997
Made by The King's Park Board and approved by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These by-laws may be cited as the King's Park Amendment By-laws 1997.
Principal by-laws
2. In these by-laws the King's Park By-laws* are referred to as the principal by-laws.

By-law 20 amended
3. By-law 20 (1) of the principal by-laws is amended—
(a) after paragraph (g) by deleting "or";
(b)
at the end of paragraph (h) by deleting the full stop and substituting the following—
;or ";and
(c) after paragraph (h) by inserting the following— on a carriageway, unless it is it is near as practicable to, and parallel with, either boundary of the carriageway and headed in the direction of the movement of traffic on the side of the road on which the vehicle is standing.
Schedule repealed and a Schedule substituted
4. The Schedule to the principal by-laws is repealed and the following Schedule is
substituted—
