Application for approval of The Kincrome Australia Distribution Centre Agreement, 2021.
[1] Kincrome Australia Pty Ltd t/a Kincrome Tools & Equipment has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as The Kincrome Australia Distribution Centre Agreement, 2021 (the Agreement).
[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 12 August 2021. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 July 2024.
[4] The Agreement covers the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association.
