An Act to postpone for a further limited t ime the levying of the Kiama Harbour Tonnage Duty. [l9th August, 1863.]

WHEREAS the improvements of Kiama Harbour contemplated by the " Kiama Tonnage Act of 1861" are not yet sufficiently	advanced to justify the levying of the Tonnage Duty thereby imposed
Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—
1. The Tonnage Duty imposed by the said Act the levying whereof was postponed by the Act twenty-sixth Victoria number six shall not be deemed to have yet become payable and shall not be demanded or become payable before the first day of July one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
