1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Kiama Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 64).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Aim of Plan

The aim of this Plan is to facilitate the extension of the Gerringong Public Cemetery by rezoning land to Zone No 5 (a) Special Uses (Cemetery).

4      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Kiama Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 64)” deposited in the office of the Council of the Municipality of Kiama.
