v
VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL
[2019] HCASL 109
M11/2019
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Niall JA and Macaulay AJA) dismissing the applicant's application for leave to appeal from the dismissal by the Supreme Court of Victoria (Champion J) of the applicant's appeal from the decision of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The applicant advances no question of law sufficient to warrant a grant of special leave and no reason to doubt the correctness of the Court of Appeal's judgment.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
