ORDER:

(1)      The first plaintiff pay the costs of the second, third, fourth and sixth defendants of and incidental to the trial of separate questions determined by the judgment delivered on 27 June 2011.

1. On 27 June 2011, I gave a judgment which determined certain questions in these proceedings between the first plaintiff and the second, third, fourth and sixth defendants.  The first plaintiff was unsuccessful in all respects.  But the parties wished to consider the reasons before making submissions on costs.  I made directions for written submissions on that matter. 

1. There was some delay in the provision of those submissions but ultimately there was no argument against the order sought by the successful defendants which was that the first plaintiff pay their costs of and incidental to the trial of the separate questions on the standard basis.
