Application for approval of the Kent Relocation Group Pty Ltd Melbourne VIC Enterprise Agreement 2021-2023
Kent Relocation Group Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Kent Relocation Group Pty Ltd Melbourne VIC Enterprise Agreement 2021-2023 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 18 November 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2023.
