2. All rights-of-way in and over the piece or parcel of land which lies between Hutt Street and Melbourne Street (commonly called Melbourne Road), in the City of Perth, known as Kensington Lane, and containing two roods twenty-nine perches more or less, shall henceforth cease and determine ; and it shall be lawful for Her Majesty to deal with the said piece or parcel of land as if it had never been dedicated to the use of the Public.

3. The Commissioner of Railways may cause such lines of railway as he thinks fit to be laid, constructed, and maintained upon and across any portion or portions of Hutt Street lying between Roe Street and Wellington Street.
