1. This application for special leave to appeal requires a short extension of time.  The extension of time should be granted for the reasons given in the affidavit evidence of the applicant.  However, the application raises no question of principle warranting the grant of special leave to appeal.  A grant of special leave to appeal would not be in the interests of justice.  The application should be dismissed.

2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
