1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Kempsey Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 11, DP 816589 being 246 Euroka Road, Euroka,
(b)	Lot 34, DP 1033470 being land adjoining Yarrabandini Road that is part of Frederickton Cemetery, 15–33 Great North Road, Frederickton,
(c)	Lot 8, DP 9232 being 18 Landsborough Street, South West Rocks,
(d)	Lot 36, DP 1011989 being land at Crottys Lane, Yarravel.
