1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Kempsey Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 29).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Zone RU5 Village under Kempsey Local Environmental

Plan 2013.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Kempsey Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Kempsey Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Land Use Table, Zone RU5 Village

Insert at the end of item 1—

• To ensure that development is compatible with the infrastructure capacity for water supply and sewerage systems of rural villages.

Clause 4.1A Exceptions to minimum subdivision lot sizes for certain residential

development

Insert “other than land identified as “Area 2” on the Lot Size Map,” after “Village,” in clause 4.1A(2)(a).
