1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Kempsey Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 27).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(a)	Belle O’Connor Street, South West Rocks, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 1229162,
(b)	part of Willi Willi National Park, being Lots 42, 43 and 49, DP 752424, Lot 1, DP 594173 and Lots 113 and 114, DP 752431,
(c)	Seascape Grove residential estate, South West Rocks, being Lot 332, DP 1220901.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Kempsey Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
