2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to Lot 19, DP 752436, Diamond Flat Trail, Comara, known as Misty Mountain Health Retreat.

Omit the definitions of recreation facility (indoor) and serviced apartment from clause 5 (1).
[2] Clause 37 Development on certain lands
| Omit the matter relating to land at Diamond Flat Trail, Comara, from the Schedule to the clause. | ||||
| Insert instead in Columns 1 and 2, respectively: | ||||
