KELLY
v
THE STATE OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA
[2025] HCADisp 47
P35/2024
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from part of the judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia (Mazza and Hall JJA, Buss P dissenting) dismissing the applicant's appeal against sentence imposed by the District Court of Western Australia (Judge Wager).
The proposed appeal has insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal and is otherwise an unsuitable vehicle to consider the point of principle it seeks to raise.
Special leave to appeal is refused.
