Application for approval of the Burpengary Pre-Prep and Creche and its Employees Enterprise Agreement 2013-2015.
[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 25 September 2013 with the code [2013] FWCA 7444 is corrected as follows:
By adding the following as paragraph [4]:
“United Voice, being a bargaining representative for the Agreement, has given notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it. In accordance with s.201(2), I note that the Agreement covers the organisation.”
