FRENCH CJ: This matter was listed for hearing on 6 October 2015. However, on 22 and 23 September 2015 the parties signed a consent to the making of orders disposing of the proceeding. The Court makes the following order by consent:
1.A writ of certiorari issue directed to the defendant quashing the decision made by a delegate of the defendant on 13 November 2014 to refuse the plaintiff’s application for a UK partner temporary and BS partner residence visa.
