Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1. This Act may be cited as the "Katoomba Sewer age Act, 1923."
2 . The carrying out of the work described in the
Schedule is hereby sanctioned, and the Secretary for
Public Works is empowered to carry out the said work.
3 . The cost of carrying out the said work is estimated
at eighty-three thousand six hundred pounds (exclusive
of land resumptions), and such estimated cost shall not,
4. .The plan of the works is the plan marked " Katoomba Sewerage Proposed Additional Works ," signed by the Secretary for Public Works and counter signed by the Chief Engineer for Water Supply and Sewerage, and deposited in the public office of the said Secretary.
