1. This Act may be cited as the "Katoomba Sewer­ age Act, 1923."

2 . The carrying out of the work described in the
Schedule is hereby sanctioned, and the Secretary for
Public Works is empowered to carry out the said work.
3 . The cost of carrying out the said work is estimated
at eighty-three thousand six hundred pounds (exclusive
of land resumptions), and such estimated cost shall not,

4. .The plan of the works is the plan marked " Katoomba Sewerage Proposed Additional Works ," signed by the Secretary for Public Works and counter­ signed by the Chief Engineer for Water Supply and Sewerage, and deposited in the public office of the said Secretary. S C H E D U L E .
