The applicant requires an extension of time in order to pursue his application for special leave to appeal. The proposed appeal would not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave. Special leave should be refused. Hence it would be futile to grant the application for an extension of time.
Pursuant to r 41.10.5, we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application for special leave.
