Food during a Close Season and on Native

Game Reserves.

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained in the Game Act, 1892, or any Act amending the same, the following enactments shall have effect :—

( I .) Whenever a close season is or shall be declared for any Governor may allow

native game, the Governor may, by proclamation, declare	kangaroos to be
that it may nevertheless be lawful for any person to kill	killed for food in
and take kangaroos for food only, but not for sale or	close season,
barter.
