This application for special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland (Sofronoff P, McMurdo and Mullins JJA) raises no question of general principle sufficient to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal and has insufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. The application should be dismissed.
