[Assented to 3rd July, 187$.

HEREAS it is expedient to repeal ' The Kangaroo Ordinance Preamble

Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

of 1853' : Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of

consent of the Legislative Council thereof :-

1. That The Kangaroo Ordinance, 1853,' shall be and the same is Repeal of 1G vie.
