I, the Governor, acting under the Kambalda Water and Wastewater Facilities (Transfer to Water Corporation) Act 2004 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which that Act comes into operation.
