AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a

Railway from Kalgoorlie to Menzies.

it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Preamble.

1.     THIS Act may be cited as the Kalgoorlie-Menzies Railway Short Title.

the Schedule to this Act.

3. IT shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to

DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.

Commencing at a point in or near Kalgoorlie Townsite, and proceeding thence in a generally North-North-Westerly direction for about 82 miles, and terminating at a point in or near Menzies Townsite, as more particularly delineated by a red line on Map marked P.W.D., WA., 4906, deposited as provided for by 55° Victorim, No. 34, Section 10.
