AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a

Railway from Kalgoorlie to Kanowna.

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Kalgoorlie-Kanowna Railway

and conveniences in connection therewith, in the line described in

the Schedule to this Act.

3. IT shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to

deviate from the Line as described in such Schedule to the extent

of ten miles on either side thereof.

KALGOORLIE-KANOWNA RAILWAY.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.

Commencing at a point in or near Kalgoorlie Townsite, and proceeding thence in a generally North-Easterly direction for about twelve and a half miles, and terminating at a point in or near Kanowna Townsite ; as more particularly delineated by a red line on Map marked P.W.D., WA., 4854, deposited as provided for by 55° Victoria;, No. 34, Section 10.
