| Deviation. | 3. NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained in the Railways Act, 1878, it shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to deviate from the lines, as described in such Schedule, to the extent of one mile on either side thereof. |

KALGOORLIE-GNUMBALLA LAKE AND BOULDER TOWNSITE
LOOP RAILWAYS.

DESCRIPTIONN OF LINE OF RAILWAYS.
KALGOORLIE-GNTIMEALLA. LAKE RAILWAY.
Commencing at a point in or near Kalgoorlie Townsite, and proceeding thence in a generally North-East by Easterly direction for about 15 chains ; thence in a generally North-East by Northerly direction for about 12 chains ; thence in a generally North-East by Easterly direction for about 12 chains ; thence in a generally South-Easterly direction for about 6 miles 22 chains ; thence in a generally Southerly direction for about 19 chains ; and terminating at a point North of Guumballa Lake. Total length about 7 miles.
BOULDER TOWNSITE LOOP RAILWAY,
Commencing at or nearba point on the Kalgoorlie-Gnumballa Lake Railway 3 miles 9 chains or thereabouts from its commencing point at Kalgoorlie, and proceeding thence in a generally South-Westerly direction for about 35 chains ; thence in a generally Southerly direction along the Eastern boundary of Boulder Townsite for about 48 chains ; thence in a generally Easterly direction for about 73 chains, and terminating at or near a point on the Kalgoorlie-Gnumballa Lake Railway 4 miles 28 chains or thereabouts from its commencing point at Kal- goorlie. Total length of loop about 1 mile 76 chains.
