AN ACT to amend the Kalgoorlie and Boulder Racing

Clubs Act, 1904.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of	13 E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative
the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Kalgoorlie and Boulder short etlq.

Racing Clubs Act Amendment Act, 1926, and shall be read as one with the Kalgoorlie and Boulder Racin g Clubs Act, 1904, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section twenty-six of the principal Act is amended by Amendment of

inserting after the word "club," in line twelve thereof, the " C. 26.

words "or for the purpose of maintaining and controlling the said racecourses, and carrying on racing thereon, and pro- viding stakes or prize-money, and for other purposes inci- dental thereto."
