AN ACT to amend the Kalgoorlie and Boulder

Racing Clubs Act, 1904.

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Kalgoorlie and Boulder Racing Short title.

Clubs Act Amendment Act, 1912.

2.      Section thirty-eight of the Kalgoorlie and Boulder Racing Amendment of see.

Clubs Act, 1904 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), is 38' amended by omitting the words " the thirtieth day of April in the year preceding," in the second and third lines thereof, and by insert- ing in place thereof " a date in each year to be fixed from time to time by the by-laws of the Club " ; and by omitting the words " the thirtieth day of April," in the sixth line thereof, and inserting in place thereof " such date."

3.     Section thirty-nine of the principal Act is amended by Amendment of see.

and inserting in place thereof "in each year within thirty days after

the date upon which the books of the Club are balanced."
