PROCLAMATION

I, the Governor, acting under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council—

(a)	cancel the proclamation relating to the Exmouth Boat Harbour dated 2 November 1999 and published in the Government Gazette 16 November 1999 at page 5721; and
(b)	cancel the proclamation relating to the Exmouth Boat Harbour dated 21 January 2003 and published in the Government Gazette 7 February 2003 at page 383-4; and
(c)	vest the following real property in The Minister for Transport, the body corporate established under section 8(1) of that Act-

(i) Reserve 49037 being Lot 360 on Deposited Plan 66260 held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority established by the Land Information Authority Act 2006 and being the whole of the land in Qualified Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3158 Folio 750;

(ii) Reserve 49038 being Lot 1462 on Deposited Plan 36308 held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3130 Folio 588;

(iii) Reserve 49039 being Lot 1463 on Deposited Plan 36308 held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3130 Folio 589;

(iv) Reserve 47981 being Lot 1480 on Deposited Plan 38636 held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3132 Folio 133.
