I, the Governor, acting under the Shipping and Pilotage Act 1967 section 10(2) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council—

(a)	revoke the proclamation made under section 10(2) of that Act in relation to Kalbarri Murchison River, dated 19 June 1995 and published in the Government Gazette 30 June 1995 at page 2631; and
(b)	declare the place described in Schedule 1 to be a mooring control area, called

the Kalbarri Murchison River Mooring Control Area, for the purposes of that

Act; and

(c) specify the Department, as defined in section 3 of that Act, as the controlling

authority of the mooring control area.

Schedule 1—Kalbarri Murchison River Mooring Control Area

Reserve 50396 and being Lot 360 on Deposited Plan 54516 held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority established under the Land Information Authority Act 2006 and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3148 Folio 294.
