An Act to anmid an Act No. 76 of 1877, being an Act to provide for the forlnation of a Line of Railway from Kadina to \Vallaroo.

Township of Wallaroo-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Provincc of South Australia, with the nclvicc and consent of the Legislative C o u l d and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

and Wallaroo Railway and Pier upon that section of land situated in the Towildiip of Wallaroo, County of Daly, containing two roods and sixteeil perches or thereabouts, and izumbcrcd 248 in the plan

l, This Act and t l ~ Act NO. 76 of 1877, ititituled '"An Act Incorporation,

to provide for the formation of a Pine of Railway from Kadina to Wallaroo," shall be read and construed together as forming one Act.

2, Thc Coiurniusione~~ of Railways shall, in addition to the Commibsio~~er of

powers ancl authorities wsted in him by thc said Act No. 76 of Railways to have power to take the

1877, have power and antho~ity to lxialie and maintain all such whole or part of

works as he shall consider necessary in colinection with ~ h c Kadina ~ $ ~ $ ~; l ~ ~ ~ ~ -

plan of the said township deposited i11 the Survey Office, at Adehide; and for such purpose, subject to the provisions of '' The Larrdsr Clauses Consolidation Act," to purchase or take such part or parts

of the said section of land as he may deem expedient.
