s1 2 s4 Juvenile Justice Amendment (No. 3) No. 340, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Juvenile Justice Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Juvenile Justice Regulation 1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 10 (Record must be made on admission) 3. Section 10(1)(e), after ‘offence’— insert— ‘or is detained after apprehension by a police officer under the Bail Act1980 , section 29(1) 1 ’. ˙ Insertion of new s 29A 4. Part 3— insert— ˙ ‘ Prescribed document—Act, s 208(2)(e) ‘ 29A.(1) This section applies to a child apprehended by a police officer under the Bail Act 1980 , section 29(1). 1 ‘ (2) The document authorising the child’s admission to, and detention in, a detention centre is the document in the form approved under the Bail Act1980 , section 36C 2 advising of the child’s apprehension and detention pending appearance before the Children’s Court.’. 1 Section 29(1) (Apprehension by police officer of defendant on bail) 2 Section 36C (Approval of forms)
