Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Justices (Service of Summonses by

Schedule amended

2. The Schedule to the Justices (Service of Summonses by Post) Regulations

1982* is amended by —

(a) inserting after "Fremantle Port Authority Act 1902." the
following ̂ -

Government Railways Act 1904. "; and

(b) deleting "Taxi-Cars (Co-ordination and Control) Act 1963." and substituting the following —

" Taxi Act 1994. ".
