JUSTICES (FORMS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Justices (Forms) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1993.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Justices (Forms) Regulations 1982* are referred

Form 1 the following form —

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4A inserted

3.     After regulation 4 of the principal regulations the following regulation is

inserted —

Children's Court complaint

4A. Where a child is to be charged under section 33 (1) (a) (ii) of the Child Welfare Act 1947, the charge shall be made in the form set out in Form 2.

Schedule amended

4. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by inserting after
