His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Justices Act 1902.
Attorney General
This Regulation is the Justices (Fisheries Offences) Repeal Regulation 2000.
This Regulation commences on 1 May 2000.
The Justices (Short Descriptions of Fisheries Offences) Regulation 1995 is repealed.
The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
