Justices Amendment Rules 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following rules under the Justices Act 1959 .14 May 2001

1Short titleThese rules may be cited as the Justices Amendment Rules 2001 . 2CommencementThese rules take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RulesIn these rules, the Justices Rules 1976 are referred to as the Principal Rules. 4Schedule III amended (Specified Offences)Schedule III to the Principal Rules is amended as follows: (a) by omitting item 4A and substituting the following item: 4A.    Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Regulations 1999 (b) by omitting item 7 and substituting the following item: 7.    National Parks and Reserved Land Regulations 1999 (c) by omitting item 17 and substituting the following item: 17.    Wildlife Regulations 1999
