s1 2 s4 Justices Amendment (No. 3) No. 403, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Justices Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1996. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Justices Regulation 1993 . ˙ Insertion of new pt 2A 4. After section 13— insert — ‘ PART 2A—MAGISTRATES COURTS ˙ ‘ Gympie Magistrates Court district does not include Shire of Noosa ‘ 13A. The district appointed as the Gympie Magistrates Court district is varied by removing from the district the Shire of Noosa as shown on the local government area map LGB100. 1 ˙ ‘ Nambour Magistrates Court district includes Shire of Noosa ‘ 13B. The district appointed as the Nambour Magistrates Court district is varied by adding to the district the Shire of Noosa as shown on the local government area map LGB100. 1 ’. 1 This map is available for inspection at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Planning, Level 10, 111 George St. Brisbane.
