This regulation commences on 1 July 1995. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Justices Regulation 1993 . ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Nominated laws for infringement notice offences) 4.(1) Schedule 1, Transport Infrastructure (Railways) Act 1991 , heading and provisions under the heading— omit. (2) Schedule 1, TransportInfrastructure(Railways)Regulation1994 , section 1— omit, insert— ‘ Authorised person for service of infringement notice ‘ 1. An authorised person within the meaning of the TransportInfrastructure Act 1994 , schedule 3. 1 ’.
