Justices Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Justices Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 23 February 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Justices Regulation 2004 . 4 Amendment of sch 1, s 35 (Thursday Island) Schedule 1, section 35(3)— insert— ‘• Mabuiag Island’.
