This regulation amends the Justices Regulation 1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 2A (Prescribed warrants) 3.(1) Section 2A, ‘of commitment and warrant of execution’— omit . (2) Section 2A— insert — ‘(d) a warrant of arrest issued under the PolicePowersandResponsibilities Act 1997, section 46 . 1 ’. ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Authorised person for nominated laws for reminder notice, enforcement notice and withdrawal from acting under the Act, pt 4A, div 3) 4.
