s1 2 s4 Justices Amendment (No. 1) No. 45, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Justices Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Justices Regulation 1993 . ˙ Replacement of s 14 (Place for holding Magistrates Court) 3. Section 14— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Places for holding Magistrates Courts ‘ 14. A place mentioned in Schedule 4, column 2 is appointed as a place for holding Magistrates Courts within the district, and, for Brisbane, the division (if any), mentioned opposite in Schedule 4, column 1.’. ˙ Insertion of new Sch 4 4. After Schedule 3— insert— ‘ SCHEDULE 4 ‘ APPOINTMENT OF PLACES FOR HOLDING MAGISTRATES COURTS section 14 of the regulation Column 1 Column 2 District, and (if any) division Atherton Place appointed Atherton
