Justices Act (Extraordinary Licences)

Amendment Regulations 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Justices Act
(Extraordinary Licences) Amendment Regulations 1998.

2.     The regulations amended

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Justices Act
(Extraordinary Licences) Regulations 1977* .

3.     Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(6) is amended by deleting "A fee of $75.00" and inserting instead —
