JUSTICES ACT (EXTRAORDINARY LICENCES) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Justices Act (Extraordinary

Licences) Amendment Regulations 1996.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Justices Act (Extraordinary Licences)

Regulations 1977* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Schedule amended

3. (1) The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Form 1 by
inserting after paragraph 5 the following paragraph —

6. A licence suspension order made under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994 is not in force in respect of the applicant.

(2) The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Form 5 by

inserting after paragraph 5 the following paragraph —

6. A licence suspension order made under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994 is not in force in respect of the applicant. ”.
