Justices Act (Courts of Petty Sessions Fees)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999

(a) by a disadvantaged person; or

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Justices Act (Courts of
Petty Sessions Fees) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999.

2.            Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3(3) of the Justices Act (Courts of Petty Sessions is inserted instead —

(3) The Clerk of Petty Sessions may waive, reduce or defer

any fee payable, or refund any fee paid —
