AN ACT to amend the Justices Act, 1902-1957 and to

repeal section sixty-nine A of the Traffic Act,

1919-1958.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Justices Act

and citation

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

Section one hundred and fifty-seven of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word, "charges" in line nineteen, the words, "including the issue and execution of the warrant of commitment and".	S. 157

Section one hundred and fifty-eight of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word, "charges" in line twelve, the words, "including the issue and execution of the warrant and".	amended.

Subsection (1) of section one hundred and sixty-seven of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "three days" in line seven, the words "one day".	amended.

The Act mentioned in the Schedule to this Act is amended in accordance with the Schedule and

as so amended may be cited as prescribed in that

Schedule.

Amendment to the Traffic Act, 1919-1958.

(1) In this Schedule the Traffic Act, 1919-1958, is referred to as the principal Act.	Reprintedas approved
