No. 28 of 1920.
AN ACT to amend the Justices Act, 1902-1919.
[Assented to 31st December, 1920.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia,and with the advice and consent of the Legislative
in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows :-

.amendment of
Section twenty-nine of the Justices Act, 1902 (as inserted by section five of the Justices Act Amendment Act, 1919), is hereby amended by the addition of a proviso as follows :—

" Provided that, with the consent of all parties concerned, any such complaint may be heard by and before one justice, but a memorandum of such consent shall be forthwith made and signed by the justice."

All copies of the Justices Act, 1902, hereafter printed by the Government Printer shall be printed under the supervision of the Clerk of the Parliaments as amended by the Justices Act Amendment Act, 1919, and this Act, and shall embody any alterations made in the forms in the Fourth Schedule, and all necessary references to the amenuing Act and the rules by which the said alterations werc made shall be made in the margin : Provided that the short title in any reprint shall be altered to the Justices Act, 1902-1920, by which title the Justices Act, 1902, and such amendments may be cited.
