JUSTICES ACT 1902—REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Justices Act 1902, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1991.

Amendments

2. The Justices Act (General) Regulations are amended:

(a) by omitting items 1 and 2 of the Schedule and by inserting instead

the following item:

1. Information or complaint .................................. 45.00

(b) by renumbering items 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Schedule as items 2, 3,

4 and 5.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Justices Act (General) Regulations to more comprehensively and simply describe the fees payable in connection with the laying of an information or complaint.
