JUSTICES ACT 1902 - REGULATION
(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Justices Act 1902, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1991.
Amendment
2. The Justices Act (General) Regulations are amended by
omitting the Schedule and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

Fees payable in connection with proceedings before any Justice or
Justices under the Justices Act 1902 and the Regulations thereunder.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Justices Act (General) Regulations so as to increase the fees to be demanded and taken in respect of proceedings under the Justices Act 1902.
