His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Justices Act 1902.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe short descriptions for offences created by regulations 10A (5) and 10B (2) of the Water Traffic Regulations—NSW, as inserted by the Water Traffic Amendment (Special Events) Regulation 1999.

This Regulation is made under section 145B of the Justices Act 1902.
